3 Tips On How To Help Someone Cope With Depression

In its mildest type, depression can merely mean feeling low. For many people, feeling unhappy from time to time is simply a natural part of life. However, for a few of us, feelings of unhappiness, despair, and depression are present on a daily and may stop us from living our normal lives.
